Positioned on Slug’s Lane in Somerleyton, overlooking the river Waveney, our restaurant is well renowned for a flavoursome, fresh and seasonal menu created by our experienced Head Chef Ryan Bolt & his team.

Market-fresh fish, seasonal game and specially selected meat dishes feature on the menu, with our ingredients being freshly sourced where possible from Somerleyton Estate’s own farms and other local farms in the Norfolk and Suffolk areas.

The Dukes Head in Somerleyton is About More Than Just Great Food

The Dukes Head bar offers a number of Suffolk real ales, a great selection of beers as well as a comprehensive wine list, which, weather allowing can be enjoyed outside in our beautiful gardens.

Our private function barn is set by the pub and has been lovingly refurbished in order to host a range of special events and parties in style.
